PROJECT TERMINATION POLICY

1. Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services with written notice. Payments for completed work remain due and non refundable.

2. Termination by Neexiva

We reserve the right to terminate projects in cases of:
• Non payment
• Policy violations
• Abusive communication
• Misrepresentation of business activities

3. Post Termination

Upon termination, completed deliverables will be handed over after settlement of outstanding balances.
